All info should be included and a confirmation phone call will be placed
to verify info, tickets will be filled out and the stubs returned to
purchaser.

Raffle Rules: |
Each ticket will cost $10.00. More than one person may share in the
raffle ticket purchase. Rental agreement to the property shall be taken
in the name or names as they appear on the ticket stub. If a group wins
the prize each person within the group must sign the rental agreement.
Prize is non-transferrable or assignable.
A person or entity may purchase an unlimited number of tickets. No more
than 3,000 tickets will be sold. The members of the FMBA Local 50
Wildwood are not eligable to win the prize.
Individual purchasers of raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or
older.
Each numbered Raffle ticket stub will be placed in the Raffle ticket
container.
FMBA Local 50 shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible
for maintaining control and security of all of the Raffle ticket stubs.
Such individual shall, certify that all Raffle tickets purchased have
their stub in the contatiner of stubs where the winning Raffle ticket
will be drawn.
The public drawing will be on November 11, 2008 at 6:00 pm. The location of
the drawing will be Wildwood Fire Headquarters, located at 4400 New
Jersey Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260.
You need not be present to win.
Winner will be notified by phone and certified mail return receipt
requested by November 12, 2008.
The Raffle Winner must claim prize within two (2) weeks of the Raffle
drawing date or a new winner will be selected. Winner must come to
Wildwood Fire Headquarters to recieve prize.
The Raffle winner is responsible for security deposit and any applicable
fess that be incurred.
There is no buyback of the prize.
This is not a tax deductible contribution.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
If for any reason the raffle is canceled, FMBA must reimburse each
Raffle ticket purchaser within sixty (60) days of the Raffle
cancellation date but may retain up to 1% of the ticket price for
administrative costs.
