On May 14, 2016 at approximately 19:20 hours Engine Co. 38 was dispatched to 6909 Seaview Ave. in Wildwood Crest for a reported dwelling fire.  Upon arrival Engine Co. 38 was assigned to vertical ventilation duties.  The fire was located in the attic area of a large 2 story private dwelling.  The fire was quickly extinguished.  The All-Hands was transmitted and Rescue Co. 3 responded as well.  Wildwood City units operated on the scene for about one hour before taking up.
