On Friday September 11, 2015 several members of the Wildwood Fire Department completed the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb hosted by the City of Bridgeton Fire Department. Members completed the climb which consists of climbing a total of 110 stories. This climb honors and remembers the members of the FDNY who responded to the 110 story World Trade Center Twin Towers on that fateful day 14 years ago. It was an honor and privilege to climb in honor of these fallen heroes. Members completing the climb were: Captain Jim Grauel, FF Bill Cripps, FF Dan Dunn, FF Ryan Troiano, FF Adam Feltwell, FF Darrick Kobierowski, FF LJ Raniszewski, and FF Sean Stanton.
