On July 5, 2014 at 12:44 hours Engine 38 (D Platoon) was dispatched mutual aid to Wildwood Crest at the Cozy Crest Motel located at 7202 Seaview Ave. for a building fire.  Engine 38 arrived second due and picked up the water supply.  The box was filled for all Wildwood Companies.  Crews found fire burning in the large attic area of the motel.  Engine 38 was assigned to vent the roof as well as other fireground duties.  Wildwood units operated on the scene for about one hour before taking up.
