BUSY DAY FOR 'C' PLATOON |

On January 20, 2012, E38 while clearing a fire alarm at 1900 Boardwalk in North Wildwood was requested to respond to Wildwood Crest for a reported building fire at 105 East Topeka. While enroute WCFD command reported a rubbish fire extending to the structure. WCFD arrived on scene an quickly knocked down the body of fire. E38's crew stood-by until released from WCFD command. During the previous incident in North Wildwood, Wildwood Stations 3-1 and 3-2 were dispatched to 401 East Pine Avenue for the AFA. Units arrived at that incident and discovered a cooking incident causing the alarm to activate. In all, C-Platoon responded to a total of 9 incidents during their 10 hour day tour. |
